1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the upbd8 website at upbd8.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, promotion, or competition offered by upbd8, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the upbd8 platform regardless of the device used to access it.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies including the upbd8 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional policy explicitly states otherwise.

upbd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published at upbd8.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event that these terms are translated into any other language for informational purposes, the English version shall be the definitive legal version in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use upbd8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling as defined by its own applicable legislation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with upbd8 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the upbd8 platform.
• You are not employed by, or an immediate family member of someone employed by, upbd8 or any of its business partners or game providers.

Age Verification

upbd8 verifies the age of players during the registration process and may request additional documentary evidence of age at any time. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. In the event that a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.

3 Account Registration and Security

To use the full range of upbd8 services you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds being seized pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a chosen password. You agree that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of upbd8 is accurate, current, and truthful. upbd8 is not responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your upbd8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. upbd8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact upbd8 support immediately at [email protected].

Identity Verification (KYC)

upbd8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when the Company deems verification necessary for security or compliance reasons. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, alongside proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by upbd8 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the upbd8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). upbd8 does not apply currency conversion fees to player deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any applicable method-specific limits:

• bKash — instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash personal and merchant wallets
• Nagad — instant deposits and withdrawals via Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket — deposits and withdrawals via Dutch-Bangla Bank's Rocket mobile banking service
• Upay — deposits via Upay mobile wallet
• Bank Transfer — available for verified players via supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification status. Deposits are credited to your upbd8 wallet immediately upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. upbd8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or technical issues on the part of mobile financial service providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned to the originating account and any associated bonus claims will be voided. Repeated attempts to deposit via third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for standard verified accounts via bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24–48 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. VIP Black Diamond tier members benefit from expedited withdrawal processing. upbd8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests of significant value.

upbd8 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which upbd8 bears no responsibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your upbd8 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.

Anti-Money-Laundering

upbd8 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions on the platform. The Company reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects may be related to fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, upbd8 may request supporting documentation and may report the matter to relevant authorities as required.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

upbd8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh Premier League cricket and other major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all upbd8 promotions unless a specific promotional page explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your upbd8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim each specific welcome bonus offer once only.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• upbd8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If upbd8 determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other method intended to exploit promotional terms — the Company reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the player's account.
• Bonuses claimed using payment methods not registered in your own name will be automatically voided.
• Players who have activated self-exclusion or any account restriction tool are not eligible to claim or receive bonuses for the duration of the restriction period.

Deposit Match Bonuses

Deposit match bonuses credit a percentage of your qualifying deposit as bonus funds up to a stated maximum amount in BDT. The qualifying deposit and the resulting bonus funds are typically subject to a combined wagering requirement. For example, a 100% match bonus on a ৳2,000 deposit with a 20x wagering requirement would require ৳80,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the upbd8 platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) specifications determined by its respective provider. upbd8 does not modify game outcomes or RTP rates from those certified by the original game studio.

Provably Fair Crash Games

Crash-format games available on upbd8 — including Limbo, Fortune Gems 2, and similar titles — use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic hash that can be independently verified by players. This means that neither upbd8 nor the game provider can alter the outcome of any round after a player has placed their stake. Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game round, upbd8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes placed during that round to the respective player accounts. upbd8 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues on the part of the player or the player's internet service provider.

Sports Betting Markets

Cricket and other sports betting markets on upbd8 are subject to event-specific rules. In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, upbd8 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with the rules of the applicable sport and market. Specific settlement rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions will be published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the upbd8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the upbd8 platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be reclaimed by upbd8.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any upbd8 software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing upbd8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

upbd8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure due to a verified breach of these terms, upbd8 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your upbd8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and identity verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting upbd8 support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked for all gaming and betting activity. upbd8 will not send you promotional or marketing communications during an active self-exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. upbd8 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details prior to applying dormant account status. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after the dormancy threshold is reached. Real-money balances will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormant account fees.
